Our Story
Established in 2002, Boomer Environmental was started as an Emergency Response Company. Since that time Boomer Environmental has grown significantly to one of the largest environmental and industrial services companies in Oklahoma. Boomer Environmental now has 2 permitted facilities in both States, in addition to an industrial wastewater treatment plant in Oklahoma City.

Tommy Crenshaw
CEO
Tommy Crenshaw is the Chief Executive Officer of Boomer Environmental, overseeing all aspects of the business. Tommy’s passion is creating culture and growing leaders to generate profit growth. Prior to joining Boomer, Tommy served as CEO of Pioneer Recycling Services, where he built the culture and operational systems to support rapid growth and sell the company twice—to both private equity and to a public acquirer. Earlier in his career, he held leadership and operations roles with several public and private companies, bringing over 20 years of operations leadership experience to Boomer Environmental. Prior to his civilian career, Tommy was an Airborne Ranger Infantry Officer, serving for over 10 years. Tommy holds a B.S. in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a MEd from The University of Georgia.
Josh Lohman
CFO
Josh Lohman is the Chief Financial Officer of Boomer Environmental, overseeing finance, strategy, integration, and operations of the business. Prior to joining Boomer, Josh served as CFO of Pioneer Recycling Services, where he built scalable financial and operational systems to support rapid growth and lead the company through its sale to a public acquirer. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles with Elevate Outdoor Collective, Boeing, and EY, bringing over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and M&A execution.
Hayden Dunn
Chief Revenue Officer
Hayden Dunn is the Chief Revenue Officer of Enviracore Services, leading the company’s commercial strategy, revenue growth initiatives, and customer development efforts. He brings more than a decade of experience driving growth within the environmental and industrial services sectors, partnering with Fortune 500 organizations to develop scalable turnkey programs and long-term strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining Enviracore Services, Hayden led enterprise sales and growth initiatives for one of North America’s largest environmental services organizations. Hayden attended Troy University. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and college football.
Matt Kepic
Chief of Staff
Matthew Kepic is the Chief of Staff, responsible for the development and execution of strategy and operations projects. Prior to joining Boomer Environmental, Matthew was a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Austin, where he counseled industrial clients on strategy and operations related to GTM, supply chain, capital projects, and manufacturing. Before that, he was an engineering manager at Procter & Gamble, leading large capital projects. Matthew holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys golfing, Sooner football, and spending time with his family.
Jordan Powell
President of Operations, Oklahoma
Jordan Powell is the President of Operations, responsible for all aspects operations including the execution of strategic initiatives, process optimization, and safety and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Boomer Environmental, Jordan owned and operated Environmental Clean-up Inc., serving the Oklahoma area in emergency hazmat response. Jordan holds multiple Fire Service Certifications including FF1, FF2, Hazmat Specialists, and Advanced Extrication. In his spare time, Jordan serves as a Volunteer Fire Chief, runs Powell Family Farms, and enjoys going to University of Oklahoma football games.
Chris Evance
General Manager
Chris Evance is a General Manager for Boomer Environmental, where he is responsible for overseeing operations and business growth. Before joining Boomer, Chris worked as General Director of Environmental Operations at American Services of Southaven Mississippi, where he oversaw new business acquisitions, expanded the customer base, built Emergency Response plans, and led Research & Development efforts. Chris graduated from the University of North Carolina with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. In his spare time, Chris enjoys serving in his local church, playing bass guitar, hunting, and spending time with his wife and three children.
Eric Standridge
General Manager, Oklahoma
Eric Standridge is the Vice President of Operations at Boomer Environmental in Oklahoma City, OK, where he leads the Emergency Response Services and Environmental Services. Prior to joining Boomer, Eric ran the Emergency Response division for January Environmental Services in Oklahoma City, where he responded to and managed fuel spills and chemical spills for large companies across the Southwest. Eric enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, and fishing with his wife and three boys.
Ryan Dolf
Director of Sales
Ryan Dolf is the Director of Sales at Boomer Environmental, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and leading the Boomer sales team. Prior to joining Boomer, Ryan was the National Director of Sales for Safety Kleen’s Used Oil, where he oversaw three divisions of the company and a large team of sales managers and representatives. Ryan holds a B.B.A. from the University of Central Oklahoma. In his spare time Ryan enjoys weightlifting, riding motorcycles, and spending time on the lake with friends and family in his vintage power boat.
Renee Brooks
Corporate Controller
Renee Brooks is the Corporate Controller of Enviracore Services, overseeing core accounting functions. Prior to joining Enviracore, Renee was Assistant Controller of Operations at GSM Outdoors, where she built out the operational accounting teams to support growth through over 20 acquisitions. Earlier in her career, Renee worked within the legal, consulting, manufacturing and construction industries with a focus on software implementations and continuous improvement. Renee holds a B.S. from the University of Tulsa and a MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
